The Virtual Call Center

What is a Virtual Call Center? Simply put, a company routes incoming customer service calls directly
to your home phone. It's NOT telemarketing or sales. Many calls that you've made to companies (stores, airlines, hotels, etc.) probably went to someone who works at home. There are over 750,000 people who earn money at home.

What equipment is necessary? Just your home computer, your phone and a quiet location (very important). The outsourcing company shows you how to download the software (for free!) and how to use their tutorial. You are given a schedule to complete, where you tell the company when you are available anytime day or night, in fifteen minute intervals.

What will you be asked to do? Taking orders online, processing transactions, customer service and reservations. Your computer becomes part of the company's system.

Who can do this type of work? Stay-at-home moms, students, people with disabilities, retirees and
those who care for the elderly.

What is the pay? Starting pay can be as low as $8 per hour until you learn the system and the company tracks your progress. The top salary can be as high as $20 per hour.
